Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be in original condition.

PLEASE NOTE:

• For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty.
• Final sale items aren’t eligible for returns.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• We aren’t liable for parcels lost while they’re being returned to us.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all labels/tickets attached.

Faulty Items

If you discover a fault with your item, please contact us as soon as possible.

The item needs to be returned within 14 days.  It will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion within 5 days of receipt.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll reimburse your return postage and cover all shipping costs for the repaired or replacement item.
